This roof replacement in Melbourne consisted of approximately 1,200m2 of metal roof replacement, as well as the installation of industrial translucent sheeting. The warehouse was completely vacant, therefore the Property Managers were keen to have this Melbourne roof replacement project complete ASAP in order to move in new tenants.
ACR Roofing’s expert roof plumbers got to work, removing and replacing an area each day to ensure the building remained watertight throughout the roof replacement works and at the end of each day.
The old, deteriorating roof sheets were removed and brand new BlueScope Plain Zincalume Monoclad roof sheeting was installed in its place, in a heavier grade material. Industrial Translucent sheeting was also installed, allowing extra light to enter the building.
The end result is looks fantastic and is now ready for new tenants to move into the building. Great work team!
