For this particular Melbourne roofing project, we completed a metal roof replacement on a home on busy Nicholson Street in Fitzroy. Given the age of this home, the original metal roof was therefore in very poor condition. Completely past its use-by date, the only option is a roof replacement.

After removing the existing metal roof, we install new 60mm insulation blanket before laying the new roof. For this project, we install Zincalume corrugated roofing, in a heavier grade material. In addition, for a pop of colour, our client requested Colorbond ‘Cottage Green’ downpipes and gutters. In under one week, the entire residential roof replacement works are complete. After a final inspection by ACR Roofing director, we hand over the completed roof replacement project to our client.
The new roof looks fantastic. Above all, any internal water issues caused by the old roof have been eliminated. Great work team!
