ACR Roofing contractors were contracted to complete roof replacements in Melbourne for of two neighbouring units in Camberwell.
ACR Roofing went to work and replaced the old corroded roof, using BlueScope Plain Zincalume Speed Deck Ultra roof sheeting. In order to eliminate water ponding our Melbourne roofers suggested to remove the original bow over design and replace the roof in 2 sheets, creating a ridge capping. This also reduces expansion and contraction, and enabled ACR Roofing to increase the gradient and eliminate the past water pooling problems. New skylights were installed to allow for natural light to enter the property, as well as Colorbond gutters & fascia covers.
