ACR Roofing contractors were called out to Mount Waverley to inspect the metal roof on a single storey house experiencing multiple roof leaks. The roof and gutters were found to be in poor condition and covered in corrosion, the solution was obvious; a full roof replacement. Our client experienced an extremely cold house during the winter months and overheated during the summer, lacking any form of insulation.
We suggested and installed ceiling batts along with the roof insulation blanket, providing our client with an R-value of 4.2.
ACR’s roofers in Melbourne got to work and the old metal roof was removed and replaced with new BlueScope Plain Zincalume roofing materials. All gutters and flashings visible from the ground were installed in Colorbond materials.
The end result saw the old roof transformed into a complete new look, fully insulated and water tight for years to come. Good job team!
