ACR’s roofers in Melbourne were contacted by Commercial Real Estate Agency, Alexander Robertson, to inspect and quote the metal roof replacement to an IGA store located in Footscray.
The roof was found to be in very poor condition and the only option was to remove the old & rusted roof sheets and conduct a roof replacement with brand new BlueScope Plain Zincalume materials.
As the building was in close proximity to live power lines, a local power authority was also required to ensure the ACR roofing contractors and tenants were safe during the roof replacement.
This roof replacement in Melbourne was completed within the estimated time frame and all whilst the IGA below was still able to operate as usual.
