The Project: A popular Chinese restaurant with a badly leaking roof located on one of Melbourne’s busiest and most popular roads, Toorak Road. The challenging logistics required to load materials onto the roof, as well as allowing the restaurant to remain operational throughout the process, meant this project was just too difficult for many companies to take on.
With over 40 years of experience saying yes to jobs others have said no to, we were very confident we could achieve the brief with a minimum of fuss. In just a few days, we were able to safely load up the materials, complete the roof replacement, and remove all rubbish from site. All of this without a single interruption to the restaurant below.
The Result: Very satisfied tenants, and another challenge the ACR Roofing specialists have happily taken on and completed on time and on budget.
