A large commercial property, located on an extremely busy intersection, consisting of four individual roof areas, covering four separate occupying businesses.
The leaking, deteriorating asbestos roof was removed and replaced with BlueScope Plain Zincalume corrugated roof sheeting. Completing the roof replacement simultaneously, we provided all occupying businesses with a detailed works schedule and maintained communication, the works were completed without any downtime or concern.
The entire asbestos roof replacement was competed ahead of schedule, with the outcome of four companies extremely impressed with the cooperative organisation, a watertight dwelling and no longer exposed to the asbestos.
