The existing rear section of the famous Cheltenham Golf Club had two roofs falling to an internal box gutter. This caused significant problems with blocked downpipes and gutters, as the huge old gum trees dropped leaves continuously.
We recommended that we do a full roof replacement and tie it into the existing rear gable, and by doing this eliminate the internal box gutter. Now with this roof replacement, all rear water can flow off the back section of the roof and there is no chance of further blocked box gutter and internal damage.
