The original roof of these neighbouring properties were well and truly beyond their used by dates. On inspection of the roofs, there were a number of areas that our roofing contractors detected that posed potential problems due to severe corrosion that was eating through sections of the metal roofs.
The roof replacement was done using a heavier gauge BlueScope Plain Zincalume Monoclad sheeting, this profile can be installed on low lying roof pitches and the heavier grade can withstand future foot traffic.
The end result saw the original severely discoloured roofs completely revamped and looking better!
