ACR Roofing were contracted by Manningham City Council to complete the roof replacement of their building – Maintenance Depot, Blackburn North.
Our roof plumbers removed the old metal roof and replaced with BlueScope Colorbond materials in colour Surfmist, also installing the heavier grade material, 0.48mm. Additional translucent sheeting was also installed, commonly requested to enhance natural night throughout.
We completed the roof replacement in Melbourne whilst the maintenance team remained operational, isolating a small section each day to ensure minimal disruption.
Manningham City Council had a deadline, and our roofers in Melbourne completed the commercial metal roof replacement within the designated timeframe. Another roofing job well done!
