This month, we completed a Commercial Metal Roof Replacement, tucked away in Keysborough. We were approach by a new client, who as a result of our great reputation, contracted ACR Roofing. The project involved the removal & replacement of 4,000m2 of metal roofing on a factory. The original roof was in terrible condition, lapped roof sheets completely corroded throughout. The task at hand was large, however as expert roof plumbers, nothing we aren’t used to!

Whilst removing the roof, we cordon off the working area directly underneath. Thus allowing the business below to go about their day-day operations. Once we remove an area, we installed 60mm insulation blanket. Next, we installed BlueScope Plain Zincalume Corrugated roof sheeting, in heavier grade. In addition, we installed an Ampelite Translucent sheeting throughout the roof.
