ACR Roofing completed a mammoth asbestos roof replacement in Broadmeadows recently. The 5,000m² factory originally had an asbestos roof. As always, we treated the removal of this dangerous building material with the utmost care, ensuring that we followed all the requirements of both the Victorian WorkCover Authority and the Environmental Protection Authority.
After the asbestos roof removal, our crew thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned the entire site, guaranteeing that there was absolutely no asbestos left behind. We then installed a brand new Bluescope zincalume roof. As a result, the value of the property has increased, the factory working environment is now safer, and there is no danger of roof leaks.
