On the outskirts of the CBD, The ACR Roofing Team were called out to Spencer Street where we were asked to complete a large roof replacement in Melbourne, containing asbestos super six roof sheeting. Due to the busy location of Spencer Street, a number of additional items and equipment were required to complete the works; such as street closure, traffic management, permits, cranes and of course communication throughout the neighbourhood.
The ACR Roofing contractors removed the deteriorating asbestos roofing material, received daily visual clearance certificates and replaced the entire roof in BlueScope Plain Zincalume materials. This saw another successful asbestos removal in Melbourne complete, the photos speak for themselves!
