This month, at one of Ormond’s busiest intersections, we removed and replaced a series of asbestos roofs to four different tenancies. This is a complicated exercise, however with our detailed knowledge of the asbestos code of practice along with years of experience, we were able to satisfy all four different business’ and also the building owner with the asbestos removal.
The asbestos removal and subsequent roof replacement have improved all areas of the building, both visually and practically. There are no further roof leaks! By removing the roof we were also able to insulate the roof and also add extra skylights.
