The ACR Roofing team were called out for an asbestos roofing replacement to a single apartment in a block of units. Usually we are asked to replace each asbestos roof in an apartment complex, as it is more economical to have these all completed at one time.
We bucked the trend here at an apartment in North Caulfield, where we removed and replaced a single asbestos roof. All the asbestos removal and replacement was completed in one single day, allowing the owners tenant to treat the roof replacement as it was just another day. They left for work early with a leaky and damaged asbestos roof, and returned home with the comfort of a new water tight roof installation.
