ACR Roofing delivered the complete replacement of a sawtooth asbestos roof on an extensive factory in Highett. This job required skillful project management. Multiple tenants, all of whom needed to continue day-to-day operations while ACR worked overhead, occupied the factory. As such, we arrange daily asbestos clearance certificates to ensure that the premises were safe for occupation at all times. One of our highly professional supervisors, Leighton Boltwin, liaised with the tenants regularly, keeping them informed on the progress of the job. The end result speaks for itself: the value of the property has been increased enormously, and it is now safe for all of its tenants.
